Globe Properties is a dynamic office, different from a traditional real estate agency.

Our goal is to differentiate ourselves and offer services that are unique to our own concept.

Who are we?

Globe Properties is founded by Marleen Kentane, who originally started the business as a standard real estate agent: Sales & Rentals . As Marleen's daughter, I, Lynn D'hoe, decided to join the business after a few years and specialize in expat relocation . After fourteen months as an expat myself, I know exactly the obstacles expats face in a new country. Our services ensure that our clients can start their new adventure stress-free .

What do our services consist of?

Globe Properties handles everything from start to finish. Besides finding the perfect location (for rent or purchase ), we also handle the administration and handle the lease / sales agreement , including the notary process.

We go the extra mile for our expats. We often assist them while they're still in their current country. Here too, we handle everything from A to Z (and beyond).

Globe Properties also offers assistance with work permits and Single Permits for NON-EU.

Corporate Partnership

Perhaps your company already works with expats, or you've merged with another organization that employs them? Then we'd love to seize the opportunity to partner with you.

We understand that many companies already have an Expat Relocation Department/Global Mobility Team, or that HR handles some expat matters. However, expats have repeatedly pointed out to us that our (additional) services are often not offered by their company. In this case, Globe Properties could be a valuable addition to your standard services.
